I caught the last half of "You're in the Army Now" the other night.....I JUST loved your character's reaction when the air raid sirens went off while you were in the POW cell. I'm still laughing...I was in the Marine Corps, (I'm a woman, the Marines were looking for a few good men, so was I, so I joined) BUT I must say our training in response to "fight NOW" was not to jump up and clutch our hearts...I'm still laughing at that. I'm going to have to find a copy of that movie and watch it from the start. Thanks for your entertainment. Peace, ALWAYS.

Hey David - this is a voice from your past. Hints: University of Michigan, the musical HAIR, the long-haired girl who played Sheila. Okay, it's Ellen Sandweiss. I'm living in LA now and just did a web series with my co-horts from the Evil Dead called "Dangerous Women" on Strike.TV - check it out. I'd love to see you sometime!

I stumbled across something on Wiki about Chocolate News that I pray is wrong. Please tell me chocolate news was not cancelled. Please tell me it was renewed. Now tell me the truth. If it was cancelled please direct me to the right place to send my profanity filled complaint/hate-mail.

I'm a 48 yr old white guy absolutely addicted to the song "Finish Doing Your Homework" from Chocolate News in early December. I hope it's eligible for an Emmy in the best song category like D**k In A Box was last year. It would definitely be nominated if it's long enough. Not sure if 1 minute qualifies so I hope a longer version is made, especially with a second verse with different lyrcis akin to "how many times have i told you...." . That's the addictive part. I play it so much I can't get it out of my head. I keep looking for homework to do. Maybe I'll have to go back to school. Thanks David for the awesome song! Richard

This is by far one of the funniest shows on t.v. at this time. I can't wait to see the live show at the Horse Shoe Casino Venue. Keep doing what you are doing.

One of the funniest performances I have ever seen in my life is when you played Don Simmons in Amazon Women on the Moon. Its one of the funniest characters of all time.

What is your favorite character that you have ever played? What do you consider to be your funniest performance?

    Hi David,

Have enjoyed your work through the years, back in the day of "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka".

Back to the days of Detroit Sound Studio, where we wrote the song "Bad Girls" together.

Caught you on 'Huckabee' last night. You're looking good and you are as sharp as ever.

Merry Christmas and continued great luck,

Tom Axtell (of 'Vanilla the Virgin' infamy)

Hi David. You are the best! What do you think of a female version of you? Although I don't think anyone can match your genius, I think you should check out that Black female impressionist. I only know her last name is Traymore or something like that. I absolutely adore your talent.

Are you proud of yourself? Do you feel good about this minstrel show? There are black people who have taken this election as an opportunity to elevate themselves, to improve themselves with the hope of real opportunity, as people's views toward them change, as people are more likely now to see them as viable candidates in all areas. You, conversely, have chosen to profit from this climate in the most base and damaging way possible. You are EXACTLY like the character from A Soldier's Tale, the one who, for money, put on a monkey tail and danced on tables. You deserve no less than his fate. I know there will be some telling me to lighten up, it's a joke, get off my high horse, but these kinds of things matter. They color how people feel, how they behave. Just as the minstrel show did, which was just humor, just a joke.

DAG,I have always wondered whether you and Damon Wayans ever floated the possibility of a Blaine & Antoine movie?
It would be oh so politically incorrect, .. but the is funnay !
